Max Georgiev Responds to Ronnie Radke's Allegations: The Truth Revealed (2026)

The music world is often filled with drama, but this story takes it to a whole new level. Former Falling In Reverse guitarist Max Georgiev is now embroiled in a public dispute with his former bandmate, Ronnie Radke, and the allegations are serious. Radke claims he fired Georgiev due to an alleged past relationship with a minor, a claim that Georgiev vehemently denies. Let's break down this complex situation.

Radke took to social media to make his initial accusations, stating, "For those that are wondering why I fired @maxgeorgiev the guitarist, it’s because he admitted to sleeping with a minor 10 years before he was in my band when he was 27 years old. Have fun with that."

Georgiev swiftly responded on January 6th with his own statement, aiming to clear his name. He stated, "I have never done anything illegal with a minor. Fifteen years ago, when I was 23, I still lived in Quebec, Canada... I have always had great respect for the fans. I have strived to play my heart out for you."

But here's where it gets controversial... Radke didn't back down. In a livestream, he doubled down on his claims, alleging that Georgiev had lied about his age to the minor and her parents.

Now, in a new statement released on January 8th, Georgiev presents his side of the story in even more detail: "Anyone who believes that I was physically involved with a minor at age 27 while having no concrete evidence of it is delusional... I met someone who turned eighteen a few months later while I occasionally dated her. This was fifteen years ago, when I was 23 in Quebec, Canada... Her parents never confronted me because the girl only had a mother. I never lied to her or her daughter about anything."

And this is the part most people miss... Georgiev also suggests a different reason for his departure from Falling In Reverse, hinting that it was his own decision. He shared evidence of him learning songs from the band Disturbed, which Falling In Reverse had toured with earlier in the year, as a possible reason for his exit. This included video footage of musical notation and videos of him playing guitar. It's worth noting that the age of consent in Quebec, Canada, where Georgiev lived at the time, is 16.

Georgiev is now focusing on his solo career, with his latest release, "Believe In You," available online.
